City Secretary

The City Secretary, gives notice of meetings, prepares agendas, keeps minutes of all meetings for the City Council and is responsible for all Council records. In addition, is the City's Election Official. She also enrolls Laws, Resolutions and Ordinances of the city. This department also oversees the production of documents for public information requests (open records) and preparation of liability claims.
